Design Developer

Location: Polanco, Mexico City, Mexico. The role requires traveling 50% of the time to customer offices and factories across the Mexican market. Work visa sponsorship and relocation are not provided.

What you will do

• Convert customer artwork files into proofs and perform complete pre-flight and design evaluations.
• Translate customer intent into repro instructions while following printing specifications, OOS processes, and submission guidelines.
• Verify repro output, print quality, production efficiency, and consistency across brand and product-family designs.
• Improve customer artwork quality and printability, and support the design handling process.
• Visit customers and agencies to explain design and print specifications and share best practices.
• Support Customer Service Representatives and Design Developers with graphical expertise, including participation in WCM improvement teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in this or a similar role.
• Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop skills, with PC/Macintosh proficiency and basic MS Office knowledge.
• Intermediate spoken and written English is required.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
