Product Designer (UX/UI) (Fintech)

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia; hybrid work with office days from Monday to Wednesday

TBC is a leading regional financial institution developing digital banking products using data analytics and artificial intelligence.

What you will do

• Support UX/UI design tasks for engagement-related features in the business digital bank.
• Assist with user research, workshops, wireframes, UI mockups, prototypes, and usability improvements.
• Refine existing customer flows under the guidance of senior designers.
• Apply the design system and document components and design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams and maintain consistent design quality and accessibility.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
• Basic portfolio demonstrating wireframes, UI mockups, or academic and real-world projects.
• Basic proficiency with Figma or Sketch, including existing components and simple prototypes.
• Understanding of usability principles, accessibility basics, user journeys, personas, and basic research methods.
• Ability to work within structured processes, receive feedback, and collaborate with experienced designers.
• B2+ English skills for daily collaboration.

• Experience with fintech products.
• Willingness to learn and work with AI tools and modern technologies.
