What you will do
- Provide scientific and technical leadership in downstream purification of biologic molecules.
- Contribute as a chromatography subject matter expert to research, new product development, and market support projects.
- Design, evaluate, and optimize plasma purification solutions.
- Mentor R&D colleagues and lead external collaborations and customer support activities.
- Lead project activities and present scientific work at conferences through posters and oral presentations.
Requirements
- PhD or MSc in biotechnology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scientist or Senior Research Engineer.
- Practical experience with chromatography purification of biomolecules in the biopharmaceutical field and subsequent analytical methods.
- Strong communication, motivation, and leadership skills.
- Advanced English in oral and written communication and working proficiency in Swedish.

- Previous experience in the biopharma or biologics industry.
