Risk Analyst (Credit Risk)

Company

hirify.global is launching a new consumer finance business line in Colombia and building its credit risk function from the ground up.

What you will do

• Support the design of credit origination, limit management, pricing guardrails, and early-warning policies.
• Track risk metrics and monitor portfolio performance within risk appetite constraints.
• Maintain live dashboards and explain the drivers behind metric changes.
• Embed risk controls into product specifications and customer journeys.
• Collaborate with product, collections, finance, and second-line risk teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in credit risk or another data-driven area within retail or consumer lending portfolios, banking, or fintech.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with hands-on data analysis experience.
• Experience creating dashboards, visualizing data, and presenting insights clearly.
• Understanding of financial mathematics, profitability components, and basic accounting principles.
• Technical or quantitative background and a strategic mindset.
• B1 or higher English required for communication with an international team; a STEM degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related field is expected.
