What you will do
- Manage and supervise the warehouse organizational unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
- Coordinate unloading, reception, labeling, storage, picking, sequencing, loading, and shipping activities.
- Ensure stock accuracy, process execution, governance adherence, and compliance with safety rules.
- Lead direct reports by planning team activities, assigning responsibilities, monitoring results, and evaluating performance.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement measures related to service delivery, flexibility, coaching, succession planning, and change management.
- Manage warehouse technical equipment and support training and professional development.
Requirements
- University degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- French and English language skills required.
- Experience with inventory management, inventory positioning, materials handling, packaging, replenishment, and warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of Kanban or pull scheduling, labeling, shipping documents, and vendor-managed inventory.
- Knowledge of escalation procedures, performance measurement, problem-solving, standards, and continuous improvement techniques.
