Systems Analyst

Fairmont Bab Al Bahr is a 5-star Abu Dhabi beach resort with 366 rooms, suites, and a villa, offering restaurants, bars, a private beach, pool, meeting rooms, and a ballroom.

What you will do

• Install, configure, maintain, and inventory servers, PCs, POS devices, PABX systems, software, and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Maintain reliable HSIA, Wi-Fi, and in-room entertainment services for hotel guests.
• Support Opera PMS, Micros POS, Sun System accounting, and other core hospitality applications.
• Implement information-security protocols, data-protection policies, staff training, and disaster-recovery plans.
• Provide audio-visual support for meeting rooms and events while collaborating with operational departments.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers and prepare quarterly IT asset status reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of IT experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior support role.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure, network security, analog telephony, and virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a commitment to luxury-standard service.
• Prior luxury hospitality experience is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
• CCNA or CompTIA Network+.
• Microsoft Certified Professional certification.
