What you will do

• Develop and deploy analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions that address business challenges and deliver measurable value.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Apply statistical, predictive, and optimization techniques to improve operational performance and support decision-making.
• Design and maintain business metrics, KPIs, dashboards, analytical datasets, data models, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data-driven solutions.
• Communicate insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations while ensuring data quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Azure Cloud, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and GitHub.
• Experience applying statistical analysis, machine learning, and optimization methods to real-world business problems.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with optimization, forecasting, or predictive analytics.
• Experience with AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Experience deploying analytics or machine learning solutions in a cloud environment.
