Software Engineer II: AI Agents Hardware Verification

What you will do

• Build and develop LLM-based agents with modern frameworks to automate complex hardware design verification workflows.
• Connect AI agents to enterprise platforms and broader product workflows.
• Design test suites to monitor and validate agent behavior, detect hallucinations, and improve reliability.
• Implement safety filters and human-in-the-loop mechanisms so agents operate within business constraints.
• Work with the Hardware System Verification Software team on Palladium emulation and Protium prototyping platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of software development experience.
• Advanced Python proficiency and experience working in a Unix environment.
• Hands-on experience with orchestration tools such as LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, tool calling, tokenization, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
• Very good spoken and written English and Portuguese are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with version control systems and additional programming languages such as C++ or TCL.
• Knowledge or experience in design verification, EDA, and VLSI design.
• Experience with Verilog and VHDL.
