Creative Performance Designer (AI)

Location: Fully remote

Salary: €2,300–€3,500 gross per month

What you will do

• Create performance-driven short-form video ads and supporting static assets.
• Own the creative process from concept and ideation through final execution.
• Develop and test hooks, concepts, messaging, visual styles, and calls to action.
• Optimize creatives for engagement, conversions, and scale across AppLovin, TikTok, or Google non-Search.
• Analyze ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR to identify insights and produce new creative iterations.
• Adapt formats and messaging for different audiences, placements, and funnel stages while researching market and competitor trends.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in creative, performance marketing, or a similar role with a strong focus on video.
• Strong video editing and motion design skills.
• Hands-on experience creating performance-focused ads for AppLovin, TikTok, Google non-Search, or comparable paid acquisition channels.
• Experience producing video or static ads designed to drive measurable results.
• Ability to combine creative ideation with performance analysis and independently own projects, timelines, and results.
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience using or learning AI tools for ideation, production, experimentation, and creative optimization.
