Senior Commercial Lawyer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and B2B agreements, including marketing, licensing, SaaS, supplier, affiliate, consultancy, service, and confidentiality agreements.
• Own the full B2B iGaming contract lifecycle for platforms, software providers, game providers, aggregators, payment solutions, PSPs, affiliates, suppliers, and technology partners.
• Manage multiple negotiations from initial business request through execution with minimal supervision.
• Partner with Commercial/BD, Finance, Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and senior management to coordinate approvals and deliver practical solutions.
• Identify contractual, legal, regulatory, financial, and business risks, resolve blockers, and determine when escalation is required.
• Maintain visibility over the legal and contract pipeline, including negotiation status, actions, approvals, deadlines, and execution.

Requirements

• Law degree, preferably from a common law jurisdiction.
• 4–6+ years of post-qualification experience in a commercial or in-house legal environment.
• Proven experience in the iGaming industry, preferably in a B2B iGaming business, platform, technology provider, or related environment.
• Strong B2B commercial contracting experience with iGaming, platform, SaaS, technology, licensing, payment, supplier, marketing, affiliate, and consultancy agreements.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Strong command of spoken and written English, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced commercial environment.
