Technical CGI Lead (AI)

Location: Remote, Amsterdam, Netherlands

What you will do

• Own and improve technical pipelines, including tooling, automation, data flows, and production standards.
• Lead the technical team and advise artists and Art Directors on effective workflows.
• Define the direction of AI exploration and evaluate practical applications.
• Identify production bottlenecks and turn them into scalable technical solutions.
• Work hands-on when needed and convert successful approaches into wider team practices.
• Help shape technical and production roles as the organization grows.

Requirements

• Proven senior technical experience as a CG Supervisor, Technical Director, Pipeline Lead, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of CGI pipelines, DCC tools, rendering, and production workflows.
• Sufficient scripting knowledge to guide developers and make sound technical decisions.
• Systems thinking, a hands-on approach, and strong communication across artists, Art Directors, developers, and producers.
• Professional communication in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with product visualization, fashion, sportswear, or digital twins.
• Experience with C4D, Houdini, Blender, Substance, CLO3D/MD, Browzwear, or Nuke.
