Growth Strategy & Monetization Manager (Ad Monetization)

What you will do

• Own ad monetization performance across a portfolio of games and apps.
• Analyze ARPDAU, fill rate, eCPM, LTV, and ad engagement to identify revenue improvement opportunities.
• Optimize mediation setup, in-app bidding, pricing strategy, auction dynamics, and demand diversification.
• Structure and lead A/B tests, evaluate ad networks and bidding partners, and develop new monetization formats.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, user acquisition, data, and creative teams.
• Build scalable dashboards and processes while owning monetization initiatives from diagnosis through implementation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school, preferably a Programme Grande Ecole.
• 3–6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a results-oriented approach.
• Fluent English and French are required.
• Willingness to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility.
