What you will do

• Implement the hotel IT plan in line with group IT strategy, service-level agreements, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain and assess hotel IT systems and infrastructure to ensure security, scalability, capacity, and reliability.
• Manage day-to-day IT support for colleagues and guests, including network connections, user access, hardware configuration, and escalated incidents.
• Oversee LAN, WAN, and interconnection infrastructure operations, installation, and maintenance.
• Manage audio-visual services for meeting rooms, events, conferences, presentations, and VIP guests.
• Lead daily IT department operations, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and improve processes and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Microsoft Certified Professional certification or an equivalent professional certification.
• At least 3 years of IT experience, preferably in international hospitality or a recognized blue-chip organization.
• Strong knowledge of IT processes, including applications, databases, and IT support.
• Advanced understanding of ICT and IT security standards, plus knowledge of hotel operations and guest information management.
• Good budgeting, planning, and interpersonal skills.
