AWS Tech Lead

What you will do

• Define AWS architecture strategy, standards, governance frameworks, and technical best practices for enterprise engagements.
• Design scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective cloud, data, and AI solutions.
• Provide technical direction and oversight throughout complex AWS transformation programs, including risk mitigation and architecture reviews.
• Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, executive briefings, solution design, proposals, and technical presentations.
• Architect AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on AWS using services such as Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.
• Build, mentor, and develop AWS architects and engineers while creating reusable frameworks, accelerators, and reference architectures.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in cloud architecture, technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or technical leadership.
• 5+ years of hands-on AWS architecture experience and experience delivering large-scale cloud transformation programs.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers, senior stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Strong AWS ecosystem knowledge across infrastructure, cloud-native development, DevOps, data and analytics, security, governance, AI/ML, and Generative AI.
• Experience with AWS services and technologies including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, EKS, ECS, Lambda, Terraform, CI/CD, Redshift, Glue, Kinesis, Security Hub, GuardDuty, Bedrock, SageMaker, LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and MLOps.
• Strong consulting, communication, executive presentation, mentoring, stakeholder-management, and business skills.

Nice to have

• AWS professional or specialty certifications.
• Experience with the AWS Partner Network, AWS co-sell motions, or AWS consulting practice development.
• Multi-cloud experience with Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions or serving regulated industries.
