Location: Belgrade, Serbia; office-based, full time, Monday to Friday

What you will do
- Support clinical activities within the Site Management department.
- Complete online and in-office training on clinical trial procedures and protocols.
- Learn Clinical Research Associate responsibilities with mentoring from senior employees.
- Gain exposure to Clinical Site Activation roles and responsibilities.
- Perform supervised tasks within the scope of work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences required.
- Fluency in Serbian and English required.
- Good communication skills and strong motivation to build a career in clinical trials.
- General knowledge of and interest in the pharmaceutical industry, clinical research, and CRO companies.
- Availability for full-time, office-based work in Belgrade from Monday to Friday.
Nice to have
- Degree in Pharmacy or Medicine (MD).
