Project Controller, Delivery, AMERS (AI Infrastructure)

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 USD per year, plus potential bonus, equity, and commission.

What you will do

• Support administrative setup and documentation from project due diligence through delivery.
• Coordinate tracking and support for project management and internal stakeholders across design, equipment procurement, construction management, and health and safety.
• Track project commitments, costs, purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, and budgets against established baselines.
• Maintain budget tracking tools and support cost forecasts and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor financial and scheduling factors, identify deviations, and communicate risks and concerns.
• Improve project processes and ensure financial activities comply with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in project financial control, cost management, and project administration.
• Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication across multiple business functions, with an understanding of data center construction.
• Strong decision-making, risk-based judgment, and the ability to challenge delivery teams while maintaining productive partnerships.
