Manager (Transfer Pricing Group)

Location: On-site at the employer's premises in Kazakhstan; the posting lists Astana as the city/region and an address in Almaty, Esentai Square.

What you will do

• Manage transfer pricing projects for large international and local clients.
• Conduct functional and economic analyses, benchmarking studies, and transfer pricing calculations.
• Prepare Local Files, Master Files, and Country-by-Country documentation elements.
• Develop financial and economic models and advise on restructuring and new transaction flows.
• Support clients during transfer pricing audits and negotiations with tax authorities.
• Coordinate project workflows, review junior team members' work, communicate findings to clients, and contribute to proposals and practice development.

Requirements

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of transfer pricing experience.
• Practical experience with transfer pricing analyses and benchmarking.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong research, analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and coordinate junior colleagues.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required for working with English documentation and communicating with clients.
