Salary: USD $85,800–$140,955 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Manage operational processes, reporting, governance, and compliance oversight for the affiliate marketing program.
• Develop marketing collateral and coordinate product launch logistics and partner campaigns.
• Administer affiliate platforms and partner portals, maintaining accurate program information and materials.
• Track campaign effectiveness, prepare performance reports, and collect feedback from affiliate partners.
• Coordinate partner training sessions and maintain regular communication with channel contacts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the program operates efficiently and scales effectively.

Requirements

• Experience with operational management and compliance oversight in an affiliate or channel marketing program.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities for evaluating campaign performance.
• Project management expertise and the ability to coordinate launches, training, and partner activities.
• Experience with platform administration, publisher compliance, and program policies and processes.
• Ability to ensure marketing materials meet brand and compliance standards.
