Advanced Sensors Ground Test Analyst

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, Redstone Arsenal. Onsite support at the Von Braun Complex, with up to 15% travel.

What you will do

• Manage radar test resources, asset readiness, scheduling, and coordination for integrated flight, ground, cyber, and Hardware-in-the-Loop test campaigns.
• Coordinate operational planning and support for developmental and operational testing milestones.
• Synchronize red and blue teams, conduct operational cyber assessments, and develop threat-informed test profiles.
• Analyze root causes and system resilience, then establish actionable corrective actions.
• Represent the test team in working groups and planning meetings, and develop and deliver senior-level briefings.
• Manage test observations, incident reports, enterprise taskers, facility access, and security clearance verification.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field, or a bachelor’s degree plus five additional years of experience.
• At least 10 years of recent relevant experience.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain at least a Secret security clearance; access may extend to Top Secret/SCI eligibility.
• Experience working in a fast-paced professional environment with changing requirements, deadlines, schedules, and priorities.
• Ability to respond to short-notice requirements and unpredictable test events.

Nice to have

• In-depth knowledge of Missile Defense Agency test planning, processes, and execution.
• Experience with cybersecurity testing across interconnected systems.
• Experience developing standardized plans, processes, and checklists.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
