Associate Director, Creative Technology - US GTM

Location: Dallas (USDALFRI), Frisco AI HUB, United States

Salary: $143,640–$273,000 annually in the U.S.; different ranges apply in certain states and cities.

What you will do

• Design and build interactive prototypes, demonstrations, and experiential assets that communicate technology value.
• Translate creative concepts into functional solutions using web, immersive, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with brand, content, experience design, marketing, and technical teams on end-to-end digital experiences.
• Evaluate new tools, platforms, and technologies to improve storytelling and engagement.
• Develop reusable proof-of-concepts and scalable components for campaigns, events, and platforms.
• Support customer-facing events, briefings, and showcases with reliable, production-ready experiences.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building interactive digital experiences, prototypes, or demonstrations.
• Working knowledge of front-end or experience-focused technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or comparable frameworks.
• Experience translating creative or design concepts into functional technical outputs.
• Experience with prototyping or creative technology tools such as WebGL, AR/VR, game engines, or no-code platforms.
• Ability to explain technical concepts through demos, visuals, or working examples and collaborate across disciplines.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives while maintaining quality and reliability.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting events, showcases, or executive briefings.
• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and inclusive experience practices.
• Experience in enterprise or B2B technology environments.
• Exposure to data-driven or AI-enabled experiences.
• Background in creative agencies, innovation teams, or experience labs.
