Influencer Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, based in Tbilisi, Georgia

Salary: From $2,000 net per month

What you will do

• Source celebrities and creators, manage outreach, negotiate terms, and maintain talent relationships across regional markets.
• Prepare creator briefs, define key messages and formats, review drafts, and coordinate revisions with creators and creative teams.
• Plan campaign timelines, manage budgets and deliverables, and coordinate paid partnership activation with the PPC team.
• Manage influencer-sourcing agencies, assign regional coverage, evaluate performance, and reallocate responsibilities as needed.
• Process contracts, invoices, promo codes, and cross-functional tasks in tools such as Jira.
• Track sales, CAC, bookings, trials, forecasts, and period-over-period performance; prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of influencer marketing experience across multiple countries.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience working with creators, celebrities, agencies, contracts, budgets, and campaign reporting.
• Remote work from Tbilisi, Georgia.
