Influencer Manager (EdTech)

Location: Fully remote

Online English education company serving more than 100,000 children aged 4–12 across over 50 countries and developing AI-driven education products.

What you will do

• Source celebrities and creators, manage outreach, negotiate fees and deliverables, and maintain talent relationships across markets.
• Prepare creator briefs, define campaign messaging and editorial standards, review content, and coordinate revisions.
• Plan campaign timelines, allocate budgets across regions, and coordinate paid partnership activation with the PPC team.
• Manage influencer-sourcing agencies, monitor regional coverage, and reallocate agency support as market needs change.
• Process contracts, renewals, terminations, invoices, promo codes, and cross-functional tasks in Jira.
• Track bookings, trials, sales, CAC, forecasts, and period-over-period performance; prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of influencer marketing experience across several countries.
• Fluent English.
• Experience adapting campaigns to local language, culture, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing creators, agencies, contracts, budgets, and campaign performance data.
