What you will do

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group closing processes, including consolidation and internal and external reporting.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual external financial reports under IFRS.
  • Perform financial analysis at group level and ensure accurate, timely, and consistent consolidated data.
  • Provide accounting guidance to the wider finance organization and advise on accounting and reporting matters.
  • Lead and coach a team of five while collaborating with functions and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in finance-related projects and initiatives, including SEC filings to Nasdaq in New York.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance or accounting.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in global corporate accounting or audit.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and group consolidation.
  • Experience leading or coaching a team.
  • Solid experience with consolidation systems, primarily AARO.
  • English is required for written and spoken communication.
