What you will do

• Plan, build, and launch lifecycle, promotional, and outbound email campaigns for B2C and B2B audiences.
• Design emails end to end, collaborating with designers and engineers to move campaigns from concept to launch.
• Write subject lines, email copy, and calls to action in a polished business communication style.
• Manage sender reputation, including domain warm-up, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, list hygiene, and sending practices.
• Segment audiences, personalize campaigns with product and CRM data, and track campaign performance.
• Run A/B tests and use opens, clicks, replies, and conversions to improve campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on email marketing experience across B2C, B2B, or both.
• Exceptional written English and strong business communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Smartlead and Customer.io or comparable tools.
• Solid understanding of email sending rules, domain reputation, and deliverability.
• Comfort working with campaign metrics, conversion tracking, and experimentation.
• Ability to work with designers and engineers, execute quickly, and iterate continuously.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS, AI, or creative tools.
• Basic HTML and CSS for email.
• Familiarity with cold outbound and B2B sales workflows.
