TL;DR
Engineering Lead – ERP Services (ERP/Oracle Fusion): Owning and evolving business-critical ERP platforms, integrations, data flows, and supporting services with an accent on technical direction, operational resilience, and enterprise platform engineering. Focus on developing the ERP engineering team, managing platform health and technical debt, and balancing business change with sustainable technology investment.
Location: Sofia; hybrid model with staff required to work onsite 50% of the time, subject to role requirements and review.

What you will do
- Own the engineering, operation, security, resilience, and continuous evolution of the ERP technology capability.
- Lead and develop the ERP engineering team, establishing clear ownership, accountability, coaching, and succession planning.
- Translate Finance and Product priorities into engineering plans while balancing delivery, platform health, technical debt, and operational investment.
- Guide the evolution of Oracle Fusion and related enterprise platforms, integrations, APIs, data flows, and supporting services.
- Establish effective observability, incident management, change management, disaster recovery, and operational readiness practices.
- Work with Architecture, Security, Finance, vendors, and other engineering teams on technical decisions, dependencies, and platform standards.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading engineering teams responsible for complex, business-critical enterprise technology.
- Strong experience with ERP platforms or similarly complex enterprise SaaS ecosystems; Oracle Fusion experience is advantageous.
- Experience combining people leadership with credible technical leadership and decision-making.
- Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, data flows, system dependencies, reliability, security, observability, and technology lifecycle management.
- Experience translating business priorities into engineering plans and managing technical debt, operational risk, and platform lifecycle concerns.
- Experience working with Finance or other complex enterprise domains, vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers.
Nice to have
- Experience with major ERP transformation, implementation, or modernisation.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion or comparable enterprise ERP platforms.
