Tax Technology Business Manager

Location: Greenville, South Carolina, United States; hybrid

What you will do

• Partner with tax operations, IT, and tax professionals to maintain the tax technology roadmap.
• Identify inefficiencies and translate business needs into technology initiatives and business cases.
• Standardize processes, create operating procedures and visual workflows, and support process improvement.
• Drive technology adoption, implementation, post-implementation support, and value realization measurement.
• Lead change management, develop training materials, and conduct workshops for consulting professionals and support teams.
• Coordinate technology pilots, stakeholder feedback, vendor relationships, testing, and implementation recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, information systems, technology, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in a public accounting environment, including at least one year at hirify.global.
• Strong understanding of the relevant practice line and fundamental technology knowledge.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and change management strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through influence, collaboration, and relationship building.
