Junior Software Tester

What you will do

• Perform testing activities for software products and projects and verify that releases meet specifications and quality standards.
• Create test scenarios, conditions, expected results, test cases, and requirements traceability matrices.
• Execute test scripts, perform regression testing before milestones, and identify reliability, performance, functionality, and UI/UX issues.
• Manage, track, and verify bugs using test management and software management tools.
• Maintain test plans, test cases, test environments, and historical test-result analyses throughout the production lifecycle.
• Review user manuals and software documentation with technical writers to ensure updates reflect product changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in software quality control.
• Experience with industry test management tools.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience with both mobile and web testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, software testing, and testing-technique skills.

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification.
