Local Project Management Specialist (Pandemic Preparedness)

Location: Home-based, with local field visits to project implementation sites in Kosovo. Candidates must be nationals of Serbia or Albania, or residents of one of these countries with a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Coordinate the timely implementation of project activities in line with the approved workplan, budget, and donor requirements.
• Monitor progress against targets, milestones, and indicators, identify bottlenecks, and support corrective action.
• Coordinate communication with project partners, hirify.global teams, implementing entities, delivery partners, and relevant UN Kosovo Team focal points.
• Organize project coordination meetings, trainings, workshops, and other activities, both online and in person.
• Collect project documentation, data, and evidence, including through relevant field visits.
• Support Letters of Agreement, contracts, project visibility activities, and donor narrative and terminal reports.

Requirements

• University degree in agriculture, economics, public or business administration, finance, accounting, social sciences, or another field related to the hirify.global mandate.
• At least five years of relevant experience in project management and coordination.
• Working knowledge at level C of English and Albanian is required.
• Serbian or Albanian nationality, or residence in Serbia or Albania with a valid work permit, is required.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders, monitor project indicators, and prepare project and donor reports.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Serbian.
