QA Team Lead (iGaming)

What you will do

• Lead, coordinate, and mentor a team of QA Engineers across projects.
• Plan testing for new features, releases, and integrations, ensuring functional, regression, integration, exploratory, API, and end-to-end coverage.
• Review test plans, cases, and scenarios; investigate complex defects and support root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate QA activities throughout release cycles, including readiness checks, production releases, and post-release verification.
• Track quality risks, blockers, progress, and defects while communicating status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams during refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release meetings.

Requirements

• 5–6+ years of QA experience, including previous Senior QA, QA Lead, or Team Lead experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring QA Engineers and strong knowledge of testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Strong experience with web and API testing, SQL, database validation, and test automation frameworks.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum, CI/CD environments, and test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Xray.
• Experience with REST API, Postman, Git, Jira, Confluence, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Kafka, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
