Account Manager (iGaming)

Location: Remote, associated with Minsk, Belarus

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and game-provider partners.
• Support clients and partners through email, online presentations, and screen-sharing sessions.
• Coordinate timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Communicate monthly and quarterly initiative progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Forecast and track key account metrics, monitor ongoing processes, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Work with Sales to onboard new clients, develop existing relationships, and coordinate between clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience as an account manager, sales representative, or business development manager in a gambling or technology company.
• Previous iGaming experience is required.
• Strong negotiation, communication, attention-to-detail, and teamwork skills.
• Proficient written and spoken English is required.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
