What you will do

• Provide technical customer support for web hosting, websites, WordPress, and email-related issues.
• Troubleshoot customer problems and deliver solutions-oriented assistance.
• Support customers with their online presence and digital products.
• Combine customer service and sales support while working toward performance targets.
• Work effectively with multinational teams and shifting schedules.

Requirements

• At least second-year college level or graduation from a two-year course.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances.
• Strong motivation, target orientation, and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules.

Nice to have

• At least six months of sales or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of website development, web hosting, WordPress, or content management systems.
• Basic email knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
