Cyber Field Engineer (Cybersecurity): Helping security-mature organizations validate real attack paths, understand exploitable exposures, and improve remediation using Pentera's AI-driven security platform with an accent on customer-facing security validation, offensive security, and applied AI. Focus on leading technical sessions, explaining findings to technical and executive audiences, supporting remediation workflows, and delivering on-site customer engagements across Israel.
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; regular travel across Israel and occasional international travel are required.

What you will do
- Build deep expertise in the platform and represent it professionally with customers.
- Lead technical sessions for technical and executive audiences, explaining findings and remediation best practices.
- Act as a trusted product expert supporting customer education and long-term relationships.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer engagements in collaboration with Sales.
- Bring customer and field insights to internal teams to improve the platform and services.
- Travel regularly across Israel to meet customers on-site, with occasional international travel as needed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles.
- Strong knowledge of network security fundamentals.
- Experience presenting to technical and executive audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Comfort working with AI-driven and automation-based security tools.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Israel and occasionally internationally.
Nice to have
- Background in offensive security or penetration testing.
- OSCP, CEH, GPEN, or similar security certification.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to cybersecurity.
- Experience with modern exposure-management practices.
