Senior Security Vulnerability Research (AI Security)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; office-based role

hirify.global is building an AI Security and Governance Platform that provides visibility and protection across the AI lifecycle.

What you will do

• Investigate vulnerabilities in AI models, APIs, infrastructure, and AI pipelines.
• Lead red-team exercises and simulate adversarial attacks against AI systems.
• Create proof-of-concepts demonstrating exploitable weaknesses and defensive strategies.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to develop customer-facing security demonstrations.
• Publish research and insights that inform product direction and customer trust.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security research or offensive engineering.
• Experience with penetration testing and vulnerability discovery on complex targets.
• Deep expertise in application and AI security, including APIs, web applications, prompt injection, adversarial manipulation, or model abuse.
• Practical offensive security and red-teaming experience using security tools, custom exploits, or adversarial testing methods.
• Ability to develop and present proof-of-concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to read, write, and debug code in Python, JavaScript, Go, or similar languages.
