What you will do

• Evaluate pre-release AI model outputs in Mandarin Chinese for accuracy, naturalness, appropriateness, and overall quality.
• Fact-check responses against source material and compare the Mandarin experience with the English version.
• Complete user journeys and test non-Latin, mixed-language, date, number, currency, unit, and localization handling.
• Identify display defects, untranslated strings, and other functional or linguistic issues on smartphones and smart glasses.
• Document reproducible defects with steps, device, operating system, locale, build ID, and evidence.
• Re-test fixes and support other linguistic projects as needed.

Requirements

• Native-level or fully bilingual Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken, is required.
• Ability to explain issues clearly in English.
• Comfort using smartphones and laptops and moving between iOS and Android.
• Strong attention to detail, objective judgement, and ability to follow detailed test scripts independently.
• Work must be performed on-site in a private, secure hirify.global office; remote work is not available for this programme.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in software or app testing, localization QA, or linguistic evaluation.
