Business Integrator Single Aisle Placement (12.5 months) (Aerospace Manufacturing)

hirify.global operates a large Single Aisle aircraft manufacturing program at its Broughton site, producing wing sets for commercial aircraft and supporting more than 2,000 operators, engineers, and staff.

What you will do

• Support operational management teams in Single Aisle Structures and contribute to wing manufacturing activities.
• Lead or support projects focused on process improvement, lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Assist with finance management, including budgeting and project forecasting.
• Support procurement and stock control through Click ‘n’ Buy, including supplier negotiation and material purchasing.
• Contribute to production-system support, risk-reduction initiatives, environmental projects, and health and safety improvements.
• Manage stakeholders, support customer delivery, and complete training across departments including A320neo and A350.

Requirements

• Undergraduate status must be maintained for the full 12.5-month placement.
• Studying towards a degree in Business, Engineering, or an equivalent subject.
• Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and an interest in developing project-management skills.
• Experience working in groups or teams, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, creativity, enthusiasm, and problem-solving ability.
• High-level understanding of G Suite, including Google Slides and Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in operational improvement, production, finance, procurement, environmental projects, or health and safety.
