AI Programmer (R6 SIEGE)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain AI systems and behaviors for Rainbow Six Siege bots.
• Create believable bot decisions, tactics, reactions, and gameplay behaviors.
• Program in C++ and use team tools to create, test, and iterate on AI features.
• Collaborate with programmers, game designers, QA testers, and AI specialists.
• Improve the tools, technologies, and pipelines used to develop, debug, and validate AI behaviors.
• Analyze gameplay data, test results, and player feedback while addressing performance, stability, and quality issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of C++ programming experience in the video game industry, embedded systems, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in C++.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing for console platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary development.
• Attention to detail, flexibility, creativity, and a passion for innovation.
