Senior Full Stack Developer (Java + Angular)

Location: Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warsaw, or Łódź, Poland, with 2–3 days per week in the office

Salary: 1,100–1,400 PLN/day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Full Stack applications for internet-facing Commercial Cards services.
• Build and enhance Java and Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs using clean-code and software engineering practices.
• Develop Angular applications and integrate solutions with Kafka and SQL databases.
• Troubleshoot application defects, incidents, and production issues to maintain high availability and performance.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities using secure coding and OWASP principles.
• Support CI/CD delivery and collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects, Security Specialists, and Operations teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of Angular and Angular Material.
• Experience with Kafka, SQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins/CI/CD.
• Knowledge of secure coding, OWASP principles, and security vulnerability remediation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, plus experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, cards, or payments.
• Experience with cloud platforms, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, performance tuning, or application monitoring.
• Technical mentoring or coaching experience.
