TL;DR
Java Tech Leader (Java/Spring Boot): Designing and leading backend systems across multiple client-facing software projects with an accent on scalable architecture, technical quality, and project estimation. Focus on owning end-to-end solution design, adapting to different client environments, and coordinating delivery with business stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid work from Gdańsk, Warszawa, Kraków, or Poznań, with two days per week from the office.
Salary: 1,300–1,600 PLN per day on a B2B contract.

What you will do
- Own the technical direction of multiple client-facing projects.
- Design and architect scalable, maintainable end-to-end backend systems.
- Supervise technical quality and contribute to solution design across deliveries.
- Prepare project estimations covering effort, budget, and costs.
- Create and maintain technical designs and documentation.
- Collaborate with delivery and business stakeholders while adapting to different client environments and technology stacks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead.
- Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise, together with effective communication skills.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable systems and understanding backend architecture best practices.
- Experience in a software house or consultancy environment.
- English and Polish proficiency at minimum C1 level.
Nice to have
- Developer-focused experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
