Junior Data Migration Specialist (Banking)

Location: Hybrid from Gdańsk or Łódź, Poland, with 3 days per week in the office

Salary: 252–255 PLN/day gross on a mandate contract

What you will do

• Migrate customer information from the existing KYC system to the new Global KYC platform.
• Follow detailed procedures, work instructions, and predefined guidelines.
• Review and validate information for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain high standards of data quality throughout the migration.
• Collaborate with the project team to achieve migration targets.

Requirements

• Junior-level profile; suitable for students, recent graduates, and candidates starting their professional careers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other business applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform process-driven tasks and follow established guidelines.
• Good written and spoken English for work in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Understanding of banking processes.
• Exposure to financial services, operations, or KYC-related activities.
• Education in finance, banking, economics, business administration, management, mathematics, data analytics, accounting, or a related field.
