Senior Security Researcher (AI Security)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; onsite office role

What you will do

• Investigate vulnerabilities in AI models, agentic platforms, and infrastructure, including prompt injection, adversarial manipulation, and model abuse.
• Develop technical proof-of-concepts demonstrating real-world AI security threats and defenses.
• Implement novel adversarial attack techniques in an automated red-team module to evaluate AI system resilience.
• Research AI and cybersecurity competitors, trends, capabilities, and innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to turn research into protections, product features, and marketing content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security research or offensive engineering, focused on high-value targets.
• Strong background in application security and AI security, including prompt injection, adversarial machine learning, and agent security.
• Experience with red teaming or offensive security across AI/ML pipelines, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Ability to design and communicate proof-of-concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Curious, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple research initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with bug bounty programs or military-grade research.
• Experience producing security research for marketing, including blogs, thought leadership, conferences, or published research.
