What you will do

• Develop and maintain quantitative analytical tools for the SPG custom baskets business.
• Build robust quoting and pricing infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and trading efficiency through automation and tooling.
• Increase automated risk management for exposures to equities, FX, and related products.
• Collaborate with trading to ensure accurate daily risk management.
• Partner with sales, quants, operations, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in computer science, engineering, physics, mathematics, or another relevant STEM field.
• Strong programming skills in C++, Python, Java, or an equivalent modern language.
• Familiarity with object-oriented design principles.
• Strong quantitative, technical problem-solving, communication, and judgment skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced global team and deliver accurate results quickly.
• Ability to explain underlying ideas and maintain focus on both details and the broader picture.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial markets and financial modeling.
