Gaming Producer

Location: Remote, working PST hours

Salary: $33–$38 USD/hourly for candidates based in Washington State

What you will do

• Coordinate sprint planning, stand-ups, triage, office hours, retrospectives, milestones, team capacity, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain backlogs, dashboards, calendars, trackers, documentation, action logs, and work-management pipelines.
• Track risks, dependencies, blockers, assignments, feature schedules, and cross-team commitments.
• Prepare and run meetings, coordinate stakeholders, and connect engineering, QA, product, creative, and leadership groups.
• Support release readiness, changelog follow-up, validation plans, regression tracking, unresolved bugs, and release risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in engineering, product management, technical program management, data analysis, product development, or production.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.
• Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum, including sprint planning, velocity, capacity, and milestone delivery.
• Experience coordinating projects, workstreams, or deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical groups and bridge engineering, creative, product, and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely during PST hours.

Nice to have

• Four or more years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.
• Producer or Technical Program Manager experience in a gaming studio.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional technical initiatives involving engineering, QA, product, and partner teams.
• Experience with Agile execution, backlog management, release coordination, dependency management, and delivery predictability.
