TL;DR
AI Tech Associate (AI): Building AI delivery pipelines, governance mechanisms, automated evaluation routines, and integrations with enterprise systems with an accent on AI engineering, security, compliance, and machine-readable enterprise knowledge. Focus on implementing architectural components, testing AI-generated outputs, designing traceability controls, and supporting scalable agentic AI and LLM-based solutions.
Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid work model with office presence shaped by business needs and travel to client sites in Italy and abroad.
Base salary: €42,052.64 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do
- Implement AI-powered delivery pipelines and architectural components under the guidance of senior AI Tech Architects.
- Support the design and testing of AI governance mechanisms, including validation checks, traceability logging, and identity boundary configurations.
- Build automated testing and evaluation routines for AI-generated outputs and perform security and compliance checks.
- Document domain models, APIs, architecture decisions, and business rules in machine-readable formats.
- Integrate AI components into existing enterprise systems through technical analysis, configuration, and delivery.
- Collaborate with technical teams and progressively communicate with client-facing stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in software development or technical roles, with exposure to cloud, backend, or system integration.
- Foundational hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, AI agents, or machine learning platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT architecture, legacy systems, agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and AI-native architectures.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and platform engineering concepts.
- Strong written and verbal Italian and English; English at least B2, with C1 preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with agent assembly lines, execution harnesses, and context engineering.
- Experience working in interdisciplinary and global environments.
