The Quotient Inside AI Product Enablement Analyst

Location: Hybrid; colleagues are expected to work in their local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Write and refine reusable prompts, AI skills, structured guides, and practical instructions.
• Design and test AI-supported workflows, including task steps, decision points, and handoffs.
• Validate AI outputs for clarity, consistency, safety, and usability.
• Maintain prompt libraries, living exemplars, documented use cases, demos, and enablement materials.
• Support office hours and working sessions by translating user questions into prompts, resources, and product backlog items.
• Track recurring questions and usage patterns and provide structured feedback to AI Product Strategy leadership.

Requirements

• Around two years of experience in technical writing, translation or localisation, instructional design, editorial work, knowledge management, consulting communications, or digital enablement, or an equivalent portfolio.
• Practical experience implementing AI in real work, such as building and refining prompts or workflows and documenting tested use cases.
• Experience creating structured documentation, technical guides, style guides, translations, training materials, or editorial content.
• Exceptional written clarity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• No coding background is required; the role does not involve LLM pipelines, RAG systems, model fine-tuning, or ML infrastructure.
