What you will do
- Frame business challenges and design, implement, and deploy scalable AI and advanced analytics solutions.
- Apply data science and machine learning to real-world business situations across industries.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to build innovative solutions and drive measurable business impact.
- Distill complex analytical results into clear visualizations and explain sophisticated concepts to clients and colleagues.
- Develop thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference contributions on behalf of BCG X.
- Lead teams and manage projects in a client-facing environment.
Requirements
- Significant experience applying advanced analytics to varied business situations and synthesizing complex data.
- Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical foundations.
- Strong background in data science, statistics, or operations research.
- Experience writing collaborative code with modern development tools; Python is required.
- Strong project management, communication, and visualization skills.
- Comfort working directly with clients and ambition to lead teams.
