TL;DR
Senior Associate (Management Consulting/Data Analysis): Solving complex client challenges across industries through advanced data analysis, strategic problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration with an accent on hypothesis generation, stakeholder communication, and change execution. Focus on leading workstreams autonomously, developing actionable insights, and guiding clients through complex business transformations.

Location: Egypt; travel to client sites as required by business needs.

What you will do

  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to solve complex client challenges across industries and geographies.
  • Develop in-depth data analyses using advanced tools and techniques to generate sophisticated hypotheses.
  • Communicate insights clearly to clients and stakeholders to guide decisions.
  • Lead key workstreams independently and maintain alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Oversee change execution and travel to client sites when required.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Track record of leading teams and implementing business strategies successfully.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to create solutions, communicate strategies precisely, and adapt across projects and teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership in diverse group settings and adaptability to changing project environments.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree or exceptional professional experience beyond a bachelor's degree.
