gLIMS Specialist (LabVantage)

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end gLIMS master data activities, including creation, verification, approval, and transfer.
• Review master data requests for compliance with global standards and data governance requirements.
• Extract, analyze, and report data for KPI tracking and periodic system reviews.
• Execute validation and regression test scripts for system changes, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Maintain validation records and documentation in line with change management procedures.
• Collaborate with Global and Local LIMS Offices, Quality Control, and IT teams to investigate issues and improve data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related technical or scientific discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting LIMS, laboratory systems, QC operations, or regulated digital environments.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements, data integrity principles, and quality system compliance.
• Experience with computer system validation, including test script creation and execution.
• Strong attention to detail, master data management, communication, and end-user support skills.
• Fluent English required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is expected.

Nice to have

• LabVantage LIMS experience.
• Experience with SAP, Veeva, and/or KNEAT.
• Experience creating training materials.
