Senior Security AI Risk Analyst (AI)

Base pay: $167,500–$251,300 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead hands-on security risk reviews of AI use cases and systems from early design through launch readiness.
• Assess end-to-end architectures, data lineage, classification, integrations, monitoring, and operational risks.
• Translate findings into practical, risk-based recommendations and track remediation with stakeholders.
• Provide early security consultation, education, reusable guidance, and AI-specific requirements.
• Coordinate reviews with Responsible AI & Governance, Information Security, IT, Engineering, and business teams.
• Document reviews in GRC systems, identify portfolio trends, and escalate significant or recurring risks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building, integrating, assessing, or securing technical systems, including recent hands-on generative AI experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI application stacks and the ability to trace data and system interactions.
• Understanding of identity, permissions, data protection, integrations, monitoring, and security frameworks as applied to AI-enabled and agentic systems.
• Practical experience with AI tools, APIs, cloud services, code, or automation.
• Ability to build trust and influence across engineering, product, creative, business, and security teams.
• Strong communication, judgment, empathy, and the ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI red teaming, adversarial testing, threat modeling, or security evaluations of LLM and agentic systems.
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms, third-party AI services, or enterprise security tooling.
• Experience in gaming, interactive entertainment, creator technology, or similar product environments.
• Relevant certifications such as GAIPS, CISSP, CRISC, AIGP, CCSK, or CCSP.
