What you will do

  • Work in cross-functional teams to solve complex client challenges across industries and geographies.
  • Conduct in-depth data analyses using advanced tools and techniques to generate sophisticated hypotheses.
  • Communicate insights to clients and stakeholders to guide decisions and change execution.
  • Lead key workstreams autonomously while maintaining alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Travel as required to collaborate with clients on-site.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of consulting experience, including team leadership and successful business strategy implementation.
  • MBA from a top university and an advanced degree beyond a bachelor's degree.
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop solutions and communicate strategies and insights precisely.
  • Leadership experience in diverse group settings and adaptability across projects and teams.
