What you’ll do

• Monitor security services and malicious activities 24/7, provide early alerting, take mitigation actions, and escalate urgent cases.
• Implement user access profiles approved by production system and data owners.
• Implement approved security change requests.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnostics for security-related incidents.
• Analyze alerts, create investigation-based use cases, and coordinate incident communications with relevant teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• At least 1 year of experience in technology, preferably including 1 year as a Security Engineer.
• Experience monitoring security systems and service KPIs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft systems, Linux, and databases.
• Interpersonal, communication, time-management, logical-thinking, teamwork, and customer-focus skills.
